The practice provides white-glove service across bookkeeping and outsourced accounting, forensic accounting and litigation support, valuations, and fractional CFO leadership, along with supply chain strategy, brand and 3PL consulting and technology and software reviews, all of it carried by senior professionals rather than handed down a chain.

Chris started at KPMG, auditing large-cap clients including Cablevision and Estée Lauder, and the MLB Players Choice Awards ballot count at Citi Field.
He then moved to Point72, where he audited processes, company valuations, and quant trading algorithms.
In supply chain, he built pricing models, multi-year budgets, and contracts for multi-million-dollar engagements. He also designed and built software for large retail clients.

Each engagement is scoped during an initial consultation. Our roster is senior and deliberately selective, so the start date we propose is one we can honor. If a matter cannot be staffed to our standard, we will say so at the outset, not after the fact.
We do not, by design. A forensic matter, a valuation, and a controller engagement share little beyond a signature. Every engagement is individually scoped and privately quoted before work begins, so the fee agreed at the outset is the fee the work is built around.
